First Generation

1. Arthur1 Aylworth (#1) was born in Parish of Naunton, upon Cotswold, Gloucestershire, England 1656. Arthur died in Quitniseck Neck, Rhode Island.

He married Mary Brown. (Mary Brown is #2.) Mary was born in Providence, Rhode Island. Mary was the daughter of Rev. John Brown and Mary Holmes. Mary became the mother of Arthur Aylworth in North Kingston, 1685. Mary became the mother of Philip Aylworth in North Kingston, 1692.

At 29 years of age Arthur became the father of Arthur Aylworth in North Kingston, 1685. At 36 years of age Arthur became the father of Philip Aylworth in North Kingston, 1692. Possibly a soldier of Cromwell, Emigrated to America near 1681 after death of Cromwell and Restoration of King Charles II, known as "Arthur the Emigrant" he settled in North Kingston, Washington County.

Arthur Aylworth and Mary Brown had the following children:

child + 9 viii. Arthur Aylworth was born 1685.

child + 10 ix. Philip Aylworth was born 1692.
