He married Elsie Aylworth in R. I., 1787. (Elsie Aylworth is #63.) Elsie was born 11 10 1772. Elsie was the daughter of Job Aylworth and Sarah Aylworth (cousin). Elsie died 1858 at 86 years of age.

John Bristol and Elsie Aylworth had the following children:
