He married Silence Kingsley. (Silence Kingsley is #964.) Silence was born 1727. Silence was the daughter of Samuel Kingsley and Mary ?. At 37 years of age Silence became the mother of Sarah Herrick 1764.

At 32 years of age Samuel became the father of Sarah Herrick 1764.

Samuel Herrick and Silence Kingsley had the following child:

2 i. Sarah² Herrick (#966) was born 1764. Sarah died 1823 at 59 years of age. She married Nathaniel Butler. (Nathaniel Butler is #967.) Nathaniel was born 1761. Nathaniel died 1829 at 68 years of age. At 24 years of age Nathaniel became the father of Samuel Herrick Butler 1785. (See Nathaniel Butler for the continuation of this line.)

At 21 years of age Sarah became the mother of Samuel Herrick Butler 1785.
